Treasury Administration through responsible operations, excellent professional capacity and innovative solutions provide a stable and transparent budgetary policy, a modern system of public finances and improve the efficiency in the management of taxpayers' money. The Treasury, which is an integral part of the Ministry of Finance was founded 01. August 2005 and was succeeded by the then Directorate for public payments and the former Department for calculation and payment.
